I hope I'm not pushing the envelope too much by hoping I can get away w/ using Chalk Inks. I do have some chalks, but I'd really have to hunt to find them. So I did use the chalk inks to stamp the flowers on my dp and also to do the pink layer.
This is also for DDIC challenge.
Since I was working on top of the dp, I figured chalk inks would be the best way to go. After stamping the different little flowers, I used a lines bg image to stamp on the lt. pink layer and also used the ink to dirty up the edges.
I haven't done any quilling in quite a while, but I just received the Cuttlebug quilling kit I pre-ordered several months ago, so I quilled three pink flowers and inked the edges. I also made several quilled leaves, the traditional way. The sheer white ribbon was tinted pink using ink and a die cut tag was stamped with the birthday greeting. Finished card measures 5 inches square.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

A big WOW on the flowers! Just gorgeous and love the way you arranged them on the card. Absolutely stunning.
