Well surprise surprise. Miss Sabrina is the new Queen for the Day! Whoo Hoo to you Sabrina! You have just the most inspiring gallery ever. I had to favor many for future use. Today I chose this one to case.....details.....
Since this is also for the F4A20 challenge, "show us what you got", meaning to use something we bought and haven't used. Today, I used a digi image and bg I have had but not used. The flower frame was a freebie from DJ Inkers I just got today.
I changed Sabrina's bunny in a flower pot to a little girl in a flower pot with less flowers. hehe. I colored her with prisma pencils and gamsol. Did her twice so I could pop her up.
Versa marked and clear ep'd the image and frame. Sponged the out side with broken china and the inside with bundled sage. Tried to add some dots by stamping them with versa mark, but when I added the clear ep the bg ink hadn't dried yet so it all became eb. Oh well, another lesson learned.
Put this all on a white card with sponged edges. Added the soft butterfly and tiny buttons.
Don't really have a mom and dad story other than I had two moms and two dads. That's right, parents were divorced and remarried. One really cool thing tho, was that the four actually got along. My step-dad would go to my dad's house and fix things for him. They even had dinner at each others houses. Go figure. Sure made for a nicer arrangement for my sis and me. Not saying it all started out this way, believe me there were lot's of tough times in the beginning. But we won't go there.
Hope you like my simple little card.....Sabrina enjoy your week!......TFL :0)

Cute and colourful - those little borders of hibiscus-like flowers are the sweetest, and that subtle patterned paper behind them is gorgeous!
I had a friend in school with the same family set up, only not quite so happy. She lived near me, and we travelled to school together. In the end her step-dad moved on to another woman, but I reckoned they were better off without them. I'm still in touch with her mother at Christmas, even after all these years.
How come I don't have that sage in my collection of greens - it must look a lot better on paper than on the website!!

Once again you've worked your Mutnik magic and turned Sabrina's card into your own! Such a cute digi image. Enjoyed hearing your family story too... isn't it so much nicer when everyone can get along?
