If you scroll down a bit on her page, you'll see the template. It is a 2 page template that lets you print the box and a designer pattern, too. I simply printed the box itself onto white cardstock using the grayscale setting on my printer. Then I traced it onto the Summer sun card stock. I cut the template up and used it to create the scalloped designer "feathers". The flower ears were an afterthought. What do you think? Keep them or lose them? I'm unsure. I may add a handle to the top, but not sure about that either.
I have been laid up for a few days and haven't had a chance to stamp, so I'm feeling a bit wishy washy about it.. ;).
TFL!~
