Happy Canada Day... Here is my card for today's Ways to Use it - Color - to make a Canada Day or July 4th card or project with out using reds or blues.
It is Canada Day today - I made this maple leaf quilt card for my Sister.... She is big time into quilting and made a large Canada Day quilt using maple leafs - in red and white... I will be joining her and her family this afternoon for a big Canada Day picnic -- I will give this card to her.....

At first I saw a tulip, but of course this is a maple leaf, and how gorgeous it is, too. We used to have patty pans, tartlet tins?? with embossed maple leaves in the bases, that my mother brought with her when she moved here from Canada. I often wish I knew what had happened to them.
