.....flower that is. Got to say, I was intrigued by the pounded flower technique. Just had to give it a try. I also used the colors from the CAS challenge......my card.....
Got a late start, had to order new parts for the computer. DS has this awesome friend who is so knowledgeable in computers. He is rebuilding mine since it died.
Anyway, I took two panels of w/c paper. Put a couple of trumpet vine flowers, which I have no shortage of, between them. Sandwiched this in the CB plates and rolled away. Smashed them suckers so much juice was running out. Didn't read the part about paper towels. hehe
Took one of the panels and colored it with re-inkers. layered it with black cs. Put it on a white card that I sponged the edges with pumpkin pie and then put on some Graphic 45 dp. This paper can make anything look good. Trust me.
Well, hope you like my smashed trumpet vine flower.....TFL :0)
Hi Sis! So far my week is going good other than the smoke alarm going off this morning at 5:00 am. Don't know why.

Love that DP, it looks like that picot-edged ribbon laid on paper.
And of course I love your big happy flower. Makes me think jungles and heat with that tiger-stripe background. Onward and upward for a better week!
Hope your computer is resuscitated and revived soon. Me, I am paranoid about back-ups after losing stuff once.

Once again, I have no idea how to do what you did! Someone mentioned the "messy" word, I don't do messy, so I guess I don't have to worry about trying this one, LOL! Love your card and that you tried it, so at least I can SEE one!
