Measurements:
IÂ’m measuring a little different this week due to 32nd of an inch border in case itÂ’s hard for you to figure out; some players had a problem in the past.
-Image panel – 1 ¾ x 3 3/8”, cut the yellow border piece 3/16” larger (which makes it a 3/32” border) cut the aqua border piece 2 ¼ x 3 7/8” (which is 5/32” border)
-Trellis panel – 1 7/16” and the border piece was cut 3/16” bigger (the two together is 1 ¾”)
-Leaf panel – Over all it is 3 ½ in height and 3 ¾” in width (which goes under the image panel 1 ¼”) and the designer paper was cut 3/16” smaller which allowed for a 3 /32” border
I hope that isnÂ’t to confusing!
-Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps were used to color the image using the Gamsol technique found in the resources section here at SCS. Baby oil replaces the Gamsol.
-The out of the box feature is very easy by cutting to the image with the regular paper cutter on the front, marking the image on the back while holding to a light source then use the paper cutter again to cut to that mark. Scissor cut the image out. My paper cutter is a guillotine style. I sometimes use a Coluzzle template and craft knife to cut between the images but what was needed was so small that I just used the scissors.
-The two daisies with yellow centers were cut out and popped up using scrap paper in place of foam. I also used a black marker to hide the white on the edge; I put this color on from the back just in case the marker should slip.
Tools: Martha Stewart – fence border punch, Stampin Up – mat pack, Bazzill piercer (for brads), paper stumps, scissors

Love the out of the box daisies, Rox. And I so appreciate the little tips, like edging the daisies with a black marker-from the back in case you slip (you SO know me!!!). Thanks for sharing those sanity saving tips!!

AH! I see you've been doin' a little daily dabbling with some delightful daisies, Rox!! I LOVE the freshness of blue and white and these papers are stunning examples. That hit of green is perfect and the shading around the daisies give a spectacular 3 dimensional effect to your out of the box floral. Beautifully carried onto your envie as well.
