As I have looked at the gallery this morning, it has turned my thinking to the beach. I was also looking at (translate: drooling over) the Coldwater Creek website where I saw a blue tee shirt with a huge white seashell on it. It inspired this card.
The large blue panel is popped up, as is the white mat under the shell.

I love it when you find something from your ordinary life that inspires your card art!!! What a cool story. And now I need to go look for that shirt on the Cold Water Creek site What a truly lovely, truly CAS card. Stamped simply in white--so nice. I love how you used those fibers, too. Way to go, Quiltzi

Diane, fabulous color choices and the twine is the perfect touch. The sentiment really seems to fit with the idea of long summer family vacations at the beach, too!

I love this blue card!!! It's my favourite colour you know. Fionna, I have to say, it's my first at seeing your work. Where was I hiding...or maybe where were you hiding, or again, maybe we are just not on at the same time. Anyway, so glad you commented on my card or I would have kept missing all these gorgeous cards you are dishing out here! WOW! TFS...really!
