Like last week, I've used Roxie's great sketch to make a second TPT card - but this time I didn't botch the sketch .
So, Matilda aka Aquilta doesn't think that papercrafters have a soft side, and that we can't do quilts...
A2 base with a little bit trimmed off the side at the end.
Bazzill, with feather-stitching. I am so proud that for once I remembered to check the bobbin thread before I started - and just as well - with 42,000 stitches on this it would have run out well before the end. All other papers are Basic Grey Sugar Rush. The next layer is also stitched. The quilted part is WhipperSnapper's Homespun Quilt. My soft side is shown with the little fabric flower and the velvet ric-rac, the closest I could get to showing Chenille what it's all about. I hate knitting with chenille ;D. The flower was a Hero Arts script stamped with StazOn Timber Brown on fine cotton, and cut with Nestabilities Blossoms 1. I fused it to some interfacing before stamping.
Sentiment from Thoughts and Prayers, with the edges rounded.
Hey Cindy, I had to get not just my sewing machine but my iron out too for this - but I still had time to make some orange and chocolate cookies with the last of my Seville oranges, just in case supplies are getting low what with it being such a busy party this week.

whew...it sure is a good thing you checked the bobbin thread, it would be a total shame if this beauty didn't get finished...or worse yet, if you bungled it and made a huge knot on the back and had to come in the back door...this is just gorgeous..
