I promised Peggy a BLUE card today, and here it is!!
Our youngest grandson, John, who was adopted into the family last December, is a Chess player. He's not the only one. As soon as they could, my Dad taught the kids to play......my youngest DS used to say, "Grampy! Let's play CHEST!" He's 45 now, and doesn't say that any more!
I thought a blue chess card would be great for a guy, and those of you who know chess will understand the castle (exchanging places of the Rook and the Queen to protect it!). The sentiment refers to chess as a thinking game.
So this is for a guy and my girl Peggy! Enjoy!!

Love your card. I feel good if I can win a game of checkers...chess, I am totally clueless about. None the less, I like the castle and the chess piece...thinking it's a queen?

Wow, this is one of my favourite kinds of blues too Anne. The lighter ones! What a clever idea to use the chess game and move! WOW! I am so happy my favourite colour inspired you Anne. TFS
