CAS Challenge: Makeovers
I decided to makeover a card that appears to have "a lot going on" and turned it into a CAS card. Here's the original card: IC210 - We care. by Miss Boo at Splitcoaststampers
How did I do?
This card was also made for the color challenge, today, on Christian Paper Crafts: shades of pink & brown + white or cream.
Stamps: Stamps: Crazy for Daisies, July KOM '09 (Unity)
Paper: white, kraft, kraft dsp
Ink: cameo coral, certainly celery, close to cocoa
Accessories: hemp, distressing tool, paper piercer & template (SU mat stack)
Technique: sponging, distressing, faux stitching
If you're interested in seeing more of my work on my blog or you would like to see what I put in my favorites, here's the link to my blog. This isn't a direct link to this card. http://designsbyboo.blogspot.com/

Because they are so different, it's hard to choose, but I think I like the original with the stronger colors. Only MHO.
