Here is my card for the TLC today. It's called the froseted window and Holly invented it herself! YAY!I am so happy I tried this technique though I did add some debossing on my velum because my light blue may have too light...I don't know. But still Holly, I really enjoyed trying this technique. Had to use pink velum, was out of white!
