Don't you just love the sound of the alarm clock ringing away in the early morning hours?!! NOT!....sure glad I have a snooze button. Plus I set my clock ten minutes ahead so I can catch those extra Z's........Stef, you did it again. This site is just over the top WOW for me. Great way to start the year off. There are several and I do mean several that I wanted to use, BUT I narrowed it down to this one........details....
I had the perfect bg stamp for this plus the fishes I drew awhile back were perfect for this Tropical Fish Clock. My only problem was that this card became way too big! Really, it is huge!
Anyway, cut the circles using my circle coluzzle. Stamped the bubble bg, sponged the next one sunset orange and added the red lines. The middle circle has the fish image which was colored with copics, versa mark and clear ep, then sponged the top and bottom with two blues.
Put my clock together added the numbers, poorly, and the hands and used a toothpick for the minute hand putting a button on top.
On a rather large white card, I put my misc dp hoping it looks like a table top and wall paper. Added the half circles for the bells, a silver pearl for the dinger and word punched legs. These were painted with silver paint.
Well, hope you like my "little" ringer!.....TFL :0)

Sis, just say NO ... please say NO! I want this one!
Okay. Just joshing, family comes first and I'm all understanding of that. (Head hanging low.)
What a fantabulous melding of texture and color, MutNut. Your little ringer is perfect. I'm a little surprised about your fishes in line to eat one another. But I don't know why. No vegan am I. Or is it supposed to be like those little Russian nested dolls only they are nested fish?
I am so way out there today aren't I. First I see your mouse in a front loading washing machine and now Russian dolls in your fish. Phew! Will you still be my friend even though I am a nutzoid? (Please say yes!)

Who wouldn't love a fish clock like that!! It's wonderful. I like the way they are swallowing each other - a bit like Russian dolls and just as colourful. A toothpick for the second hand - yikes, that gives me a sense of scale (ha ha), it sure must be big.

what a darling card. your drawings make me laugh and so proud at the same time. you are definitely the talented one in this family. the snooze alarm use to be my favorite invention....so much so that I had to move my clock to the living room so I had to get up and turn it off. I definitely abused the technology. great colors. what a great idea for a toothpick for the minute hand. love it. tfs,
hugs,

Wow! This is fabulous! I love the bright colors and knew from the thumbnail this was from the IC! Shouldn't I see a Rubbernecker DT Team thang with your signature?!? Congrats!
Hey shouldn't all clocks be set 10 min ahead, but wait then mine would have to be 20... and then everyone else would be 20 and mine would have to be 30 and...
