Lynn gave us a great challenge today. I've been dying to try this and just have NOT found the time...well I did today. I do not own the Big Shot...so improvised with my cuttlebug. I also do not have the chipboard frames so here is what I did:
I used one of my spellbinder circle dies and cut a circle into 4 pieces of A2 size kraft paper. I taped them together and that is my template blank. If you were going to make a card with a sentiment...you could cut your template blank with 2 holes in it and then use one for the sentiment and one for the main image. The possibilities on this are endless.
Here is my sandwich:
A plate
rubber mat
embossing folder with paper
Kraft template blank
B plate
I used the swirl embossing folder to go with the trees but I think a folder with a closer pattern would probably give more definition to the blank stamping space in the middle.
I dusted off the spectrum stamp pad and used the top 3 colors putting the trunk on the green and it gave me that fallish tree look. Fun, Fast and easy once you figure out how it all goes !
Thanks Lynn for another great technique challenge.
Happy Monday to all.

Very pretty. Love your ribbon treatment and corner leaves and of course the tree in the center. Awesome card. TFS :0)
