What an awesome technique, MariLynn.....Thanks so much for sharing this with us!!!
I stamped two different inkadinkado leaf stamps onto a post it note, 4 times each, and cut out. My first layer was inked with Whisper Sunshine with two of the leaves. Next layer was with Whisper orange with two more leaves. Next layer was with Whisper Port Wine with two more leaves and finally last layer with Whisper Grass Green with two more leaves. I didn't like two of the images white, so I brayered the Whisper Grass Green over them once to tone them down. This is all on SU! glossy white cs.
The image is a RAK from Peggy (MarilynPrestonn)....thank you sistah!!!! I colored him with Primacolored pencils and sponged around him with Whisper Azure Seas. Cut him out with my scalloped rectangle nestie and mounted onto a bigger scalloped rectangle nestie of green cs.
I punched the bottom edge with an MS border punch and used SU! Loads of Love sentiment for the "happy harvest" stamped with Stazon Jet Black ink. I added raffia.
I really love this technique!
What do you think?
