Here's my card for Monday's clean & simple challenge. Today's challenge was to make a cas sympathy card.
I used the shadow stamping technique on my stamped tree image. I've always wanted to try this technique and I thought this tree image would be just perfect for that.
I first stamped the tree image using Certainly Celery ink and then using my stamp-a-ma-jig I carefully lined up the image again, but this time I moved it slightly to the left using Close to Cocoa ink I stamped my image again.
I did the same thing again with the stamping on my background. I had to be sure when I stamped my background that you wouldn't be able to see the tree trunk part of my image. The stamp-a-ma-jig comes in handy for this technique.
I added some score lines above and below my main image and my ribbon is from Offray!

This is awesome. I like how you added the stamping so that it peeks out from under the main image panel. I used the same set AND I did some scoring! GMTA!! You definitely kicked it up a notch!!
