This week we are going to Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia! Somethin' about there's no room at the Inn so we have to stay in a lighthouse and catch 42,000 pounds of fish! It all sounds fishy to me! I think Mudder wants to stock her freezer for the year!
I've only been to Peggy's Cove once and it was really foggy so this time I brought my GPS and some rude lady keeps screaming RE-CAL-CU-LATING! (Well, at least it wasn't VOTE FOR ALICIA) I'd like to see her make a U-turn in the middle of the ocean.
I also brought my cane pole and some fancy lures (I don't do worms) and caught this cute little fish! He's too cute to fry up so we are going to have to buy an aquarium! I stopped by the store and got some of those cute little square fish patty thingies. They fit better on bread!
I don't know if this is the right lighthouse so I will mark the spot with an X on the side of my boat in case I have to come back!
The image was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black! I colored it using copics. The sky was sponged in using #Mothermarks# template! The fish charm is from an old purse! TFL

RECALCULATING, RECALCULATING, Drive .3 miles then turn LEFT! I was laughing so HARD at that one...that SAME lady, who goes by the name Garmin, is in my car, all the live long day! Dang, the girl never shuts up!
I LOVE this incredible scene with the fabulous swirly layout and the adorable charm! Seems Connie Jo has just arrived with a Load of Frozen Trout in her pick-up...pair that with your frozen patties, and our net is getting HEAVY...now that's 25 less we have to catch, yay!
PS...please tell me that is one big stamp, because I will CRY if you tell me that you can MASK that well, hee!

You know a crazy stamper/scrapper when they're looking for buttons and charms in their closets. I recently was looking for black buttons for a card in my closet. HEE HEE!
Your card is classy and just gorgeous!

My dear friend, I am laughing so hard at your story and da Muddermark's response about your GPS system really being a fish finder. And APandi's comment about the self-checkout lines. Hee! Hee! What a wonderful sense of humor. And I agree that your fish charm is far too cute to be flingin. What a beautiful, beautiful scene you've created! It really pops with all the red. Good to see you here! (I'll call ya tomorrow!)
