The gold pen I had was really thin. I experimented and finally decided upon a flower doodle. I then used marker water coloring to add the color. I added quilled flowers to match the doodles. I stamped the scripture with black stazon. I added a porcelain paper butterfly.
The Stampin B's Design challege this week was from Faith- Markie's mom. Use two die cuts. I used a turquoise cut out that I got as a RAK from Krischir, because she knows I don't have a die cut machine. My second die cut were my punched out flowers that I quilled, because same principle just smaller scale.
I made this for my friend who loves to garden. When our boys were in cub scouts together we went on an outing where we tagged monarch butterflies with our county's nature conservation group. This card just made me think of her.
