For the challenge I chose the plate that Stephanie had attached and you can see it here.
I played from colors and was also inspired to use a tree image by the leaf since I had nothing close to that flower image.
-The white tree was stamped first with VersaMark and heat embossing with clear powder. For the colors I ink up the rubber with VersaMark then color and stamp then heat embossed. This way you always have the correct ink color!
-After heat embossing, brayer the panel with colored ink and what the brayer didnÂ’t cover between the branches was sponged.
-The corner feature is from the Iron Eagle punch from EK Success.

Love the different colors on those trees ... and the very cool corner design ... and of course, the stamping on the inside too ... fantastic inspired design.

So pretty! I love the colors! I also like how you stamp the inside of the card. I always stamp the inside and envelope....it makes a complete package, don't you think? Yours is lovely!

WOW! I never knew you could do that with Versamark and ink, Roxie!! TFS! This card is really lovely, and I can see how that plate inspired your card! Love it!!
