This is for Mary, a sweet friend I met while visiting Shirt in May. We had the best time, just like old friends. We joined Shirl in Sunday School and that is when I also met Jimmy, the most encouraging SS teacher! This image made me think of Mary and her love of the woods.
Main image is from Stampscapes and has been watercolored and masked, and white singo gel added to bring out more of the framing of the church. Flower Soft was added at the bottom and the bg edges distressed.
The inside sentiment is from Hampton Arts and was a gift to me from my dear friend Jenny (Creative Cards). It reads 'A friend loveth at all times. Proverbs 17:17'
Thanks for looking!

What a beautiful homage to Mary. Pat you have outdone yourself here. This lovely image is colored to perfection! I adore that ribbon. Mary will flip over this one for sure!

How beautiful. It looks like a real photo. Good friends are worth the effort and we should always let them know how much they mean to us. Mary means a lot to you just by looking at how much you put into this card.

Beautiful job on this card.

Oh, this is such a precious and sweet card. I love old churches and try to get pictures of them when traveling. I have a photo of a beautiful red church and the cemetery beside it. Very old. This card brings it to memory.
