I was so excited to see Sandra as our Featured Stamper this week- I have have always enjoyed her gallery, and many unique styles! Each card is a delight! I chose this one to case this week:
I kept the same laylout and changed the rest. I am most excited about the stitching, and Sandra's card got me going on learning how to thread my machine!
Kokirose is one of the people I admire here, and her cards are so touching, her stitchery is something to see! When Patricia was here on a visit, my MIL (bless her heart!) gave me her sewing machine, and I just figured out how to thread it this morning after seeing Sandra's card! (Thanks Bubba)
The main image is from Rubber Romance and is watercolored. I used a technique from Sandra's gallery by sponging around the images, which she does so well! The cake has a coat of CE to make it shine, and the bottom layer has coffee grounds (which is really choclate shavings- isn't that perfect for cherry cheesecake?) Yum!
Enjoy your day Sandra and thank you for your inspiring work!
Thanks for looking!
P.S. Note to the Twisted Sistah's: Yes, I said this is cherry cheesescake just to get it into our TSC challenge from Fri to make a fruit card, and my border punch is inside! Yay, I did one! (Thanks Linda!) XXOO

This card makes me want to go off my diet! The combination of all the DP is wonderful and the stitching and your extra zowie stuff tie it in so well. This is definitely something special. I actually saw this card while gazing through the gallery and I figured it had a good chance of being one of yours.

I love this card and the colors you chose to showcase it. I never get tired of this image and what all you do with it. That looks like a wonderful cherry cheesecake that you might make. Great stitching. Every time I stitch on a card, my bobbin messes up and makes a mess of my card, besides I can't sew straight. Great job on the challenge, Patty Cakes.

Oh my Pat, for someone who just today learned how to thread a machine, you sure did one heck of a fabulous job stitching this card. It's perfectly wonderful and adds so much pizazz to your papers and image. Way to go, Pat!
