Wanna come to a Japanese tea party? Its BYOT (bring your own tea) or you may find yourself drinking tea from the "BUTT UGLY" Teapot. Just follow me to Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday Tea Party: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/searc...uesday%20Cards
Yes, I was stumped with this one at first Cindy. I slept on it and went with the colors #pink and blue, white# and the sketch as my inspiration.
I used the font: KanjiWords Black A-G from Scrapnfonts.com for my sentiment. Keeping with the Japanese theme.
I can't wait to see what everyone else did from this inspiration. What kind of treats are we having? I personally love salmon and sticky rice. Yum. So, I guess I will bring some.

You could wear your beautiful flower as a pin. Like the ribbon treatment.
Bringing some sticky rice is a good idea as I think all of the sushi was thrown and there is none left to eat.

The colours in this are just fantastic - when I popped in to catch up on all the cards at the party, it popped off the page. And all that stitching you have added is just wonderful - the flowers and leaves especially.

Hey, Lisa! What's the big idear comin' to the tea party after I went to bed? Man, did I have one doozie of a sake hangover this mornin', but it sure was fun! Schirmcat's tryin' to pin the sake drunks on me, and I'm innocent, I tell ya! If I'd a known you wuz comin', I woulda tried to stay up longer. Well, in any case, you did make it and that's what counts.
I love your pretty crinkled flowers and all the oriental flair with your teapot-inspired card. Try to be on time next week, k? LOL!!!
