I made this for today's Limited Supplies Challenge. The holiday I chose was National Weather Observer's Day, so I made a storm. I used my new stamp set that I illustrated for Gina K. The horse is colored with Copic markers and cut out. I made the lightening by using my Versa Mark pen to make lines and embossing them. The background is sponged. All images can be found at Gina K Designs.

Very nice job with the storm, I've done lightening with crayons but I think I'll try it this way, I have used VM for headlights and it works well, thanks for the info on this beauty!
