Hi! This card was made for today's Technique Lovers Challenge: Marble Technique.
Speedy the Cat watched me as I searched Markie's toy bins for marbles. I KNOW he has some...I got more frantic as the minutes ticked by and found the little metal balls from a Magnetix set! YAHOO!
First, I ran Ivory card stock through the Nesties to create a frame for the lady to "pop" out. I adhered it to the inside of a plastic container.Next, I squirted Sage Shadow and Close to Cocoa re-inkers into the container and added 3 of the Magnetix balls. I tilted the box several different directions for at LEAST 5 minutes to get the balls to drag the colors across the paper and turn the Ivory to Sage Shadow and Close to Cocoa. I used a heat tool to dry the "marbled paper."
The lady was stamped in NOir Black Palette Ink and colored in with Copic Markers, and cut out.
I had some great Prima brand designer paper, (TAN COLOR), that I used for the backgrounds. (It looks a lot like the "marbled" one!

Faith, AS ALWAYS, a fantastic interpretation of the challenge. Every aspect is special and unique, not to mention so darn interesting! I would love to see one of your cards IRL. I bet they are even more magnificent! TFS!
