I posted the photo on my blog, since I can't get a direct link to the box. Sorry to have to direct you there, but it is the only way.
Speedy the Cat is one of 6 of our indoor cats. Our oldest cat, Boy Cat, has allergies. He sneezes, A LOT! Since we are German descendants, (with the last name of Hofrichter, it's a stretch right?), we are constantly saying the German blessing, "Gesundheit," to the cat. By the way, it literally means "May you be called healthy."
We have Kleenex boxes everywhere in our home, since I'm allergic to cats and Boy Cat is allergic to people! So, when I saw this challenge I laughed. The background was run through the Cuttlebug Embossing folder and rubbed with an Always Artichoke pad. The sentiment panel's vine was stamped repeatedly with Always Artichoke. Then, I used my Copic Airbrush for fill using: YG93, YG97 and Y28.
The Flower petals were cut with a Sizzix Die. The center was cut with a Shapeabilities die. It was airbrushed using: YR61, Y17, and YR15. The leaves were cut from a Sizzix die and airbrushed with the same colors as the background.

So pretty Faith, great flower and shading. At first from the small picture it looked like an egg. I was thinking what tissue box has an egg on it. LOL Goes to show you what a bigger picture does for a card. haha
