Congratulations Julie (aka - JustWrightDesigns).. I love your fabulous gallery... have been a big fan for a long time... enjoy your day in the spotlight.
This is the card that inspired me... "No legged chicken" WT207 No Legged Chicken by justwritedesigns at Splitcoaststampers
Usually my cards look a little closer to the FS cards.. hopefully you can see some of Julie's in my card.
I did use a rooster, the same CB folder (distressed lines), window tabs, similar colours (Black and really rust)...
Things I changed - put the main image panel on an angle, changed from an oval to a circle. sewed on my cards, added the leaf sprigs and the wood shavings behind the image . I put my sentiment in the circle.
I have to chuckle at this card.... That big old rooster looks like he's looking at the little mouse in the Easter egg --- and he's thinking - hmmmmm -Hey - Who's your Daddy???
Does this card fall into one of those Naughty or Nice cards...?
The rooster image came from Pat Smethers - I stamped this one off while visiting her and Bubba - Thanks Pat... The little House mouse image is a rak from America (Thanks America).
I water coloured the images, clear embossed the roosters beak and Easter Egg. Cut out the HM image and placed it in front of the rooster. I recycled an Aluminium Foil pie pan to make the bg, plus the shaved wood is recycled from a gift basket. Sentiment is from Hedgehog Happiness.

LOL!! Too funny. What an awesome case. Just love that rooster - kind of like Foghorn Leghorn - standing over that little sleeping mouse! CUTE, CUTE, CUTE

This is just hilarious, Patricia! I knew right away which card you chose. But yours is just so cute! I love that rooster, he reminds me of Foghorn Leghorn. one of my 3 all time fave cartoon characters. I love your cb bg; it looks like the siding on a chicken coop. Your stitching is always wonderful and thanks for caseing me in such a fun way. And thanks for all the wonderful comments you leave me.

Girl, I can see you really had some fun with this one! I love your image and how she looks down on that precious HM. Love the foil too. You covered all your bases and ever so well, I might add.
