great challenge today...I can just feel Spring in the air! I so enjoy the Limited Supply Challenges... did use SU certainly celery in my work...but black, it's a neutral, right???? called to be used. Let me know what you think,
I knew immediately I would use this awesome Impression Obsession daffodil stamp that I bought at the Christmas in July sale (ha,ha...you just never know when you might come across something that might work SOMETIME!!!). I stamped it onto GP white cs with Tim Holtz distress black soot and colored with Copics. I cut it out from the frame of the image and placed it onto the SU certainly celery that had been stamped with Anna Griffin's repose bg. I used Memento Pear Tart for the ink. The fabulous sentiment is courtesy of Stamp Francisco...inked directly to the paper with Memento Tuxedo Black. I added another daffodil, this one from Anna Griffin (paper and Copics the same). It was cut and tucked into the bouquet. I tied a grosgrain ribbon around the bottom. A Making Memories metal butterfly brad completes my ensemble. The cardbase is Basic Grey Urban Prairie haystack...oh and peaking out at the very top is the word Daffodil inked with pear tart
It's Friday...Happy weekend...
