This is for today's Ways to Use It challenge - Going Green. As well as using lots of green on my card, I also tried to use up some of my scraps of cardstock from my ever-increasing pile!
I am loving playing with my new mini catty stash! This is my first card with Forest Friends - when I saw it I thought it might work with Lovely as a Tree so this card was me playing with that idea!
I created the scene by stamping the trees in Choc Chip and sponging the grass with Certainly Celery and Old Olive, then the sky using Bashful Blue. I got the cloud effect by sponging around a scallop circle I had punched. I then gave the trees some colour using a blender pen and Old Olive and Always Artichoke inkpads.
The greeting is from the new Oval All set and I used the coordinating punches. The DSP is from the Ski Slope pack (I LOVE this paper pack!!). I added some ribbon to balance the design.
TFL!

Great card, love the 2 BG triangles, the colours work so well with your scene! Thanks for the tip with the scallop punch for clouds... they look wonderful. TFS.
