loved this site for window dreaming, Stef...I couldn't resist clickin' into the chandeliers. The red lacquer scarlet called my name! Let me know how I did!
I have been dehoarding my Basic Grey stash...and one of the papers from Scarlet's Letter, what a surprise, I know!!! called Fare Thee Well seemed just perfect. I used PTI poppy red for my large square mat and the chandelier, a gift from my sweet friend, Vicky was stamped with VersaMark and embossed with red ep. I added Diva Impressions 'Let your light shine'. Stickled the flames in the sockets popped the whole square on foam and I was almost done. I added clear embossing to several of the larger black flowers and a bit of stickles. I finished the card with a narrow grosgrain ribbon.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone! I am playing in the VSN so I'll be in and out commenting. Thanks for looking.

Hi Susan! I knew you would pick one of the chandeliers for inspiration! Fantastic card! You know I love the DP and the red chandelier is great! Very elegant! I wasn't able to do the VSN in real time this time, but I hope to get in a few of the challenges before the deadline! I'll be checking out your entries when I do!

This is perfect, Susan! I love the chandelier and the dp. I think I have that chandelier image. I've also been trying to use some of my dp stash. I have to do it in stages. Kind of like a 12 step thing.

Hey, I DID see that chandelier and think of you! Love this little red one...it's a quainter version of the big dramatic one I remember, and I love it! Ohhhh Basic Grey paper stash, got one of those as you know, but I WISH it had some of this gorgeous paper in it! My fruitcake is still in the back of the fridge, hee!
