I am on a Cuttlebug run, you know how it is...seems like we never use something for ages and then...we go on a run of it. It was an obvious choice to use the EF 'Textured Textiles' which I had on hand thanks to Hannah (aka bubblefrog) who lent me ALL her folders when she was away....so I have a few copies of this one - my favourite!!! I inked the blue layer and then used a piece I have been saving from the Apple Pie Plate I recycled a while back....it worked perfectly with this particular case. I tried to ink it, but it didn't really happen....blame it on the cream LOL!!
Navy ribbon was added and then a circle cut from the foil was layered on a navy circle which was 3Ded into the blue layer.....silver brads added...a very simple card, but I am liking the look. My DH has offered to keep supplying the Apple Pie Plates, but I am actually preferring croissant trays...easier to flattern nicely!!
Thanks for looking, I am interested in hearing what you think...

so not me with the blue, and that's why I should use that shade more! I love this ef, like you and I love what you have done with the IC! Isn't it funny how our like of certain colors develop! At my first son's baby shower I had the hostess write NO YELLOW on the invites...I had a very strong dislike of that color and then young son comes along and guess what has ALWAYS been his favorite colour!!!!!
I especially like the pop of the darker blue here, Linda.
