I used a tiny heart-shaped Rain Dot for the dog tag...fit perfectly over the heart image. I also added some glitter dots and K & Co bling on the sentiment tag. The image was colored in with re-inkers and my waterbrush on watercolor paper.
The rest is just paper....lots and lots of paper! {grin}

Of course I had to count the layers after you said not too! Love this one, Cindy! The layers really make the card stand out in the gallery today!!! Great colors and the main image is adorable!
