First off, this is not red but cranberry! Now I can't lie about the green, because it is a shade of green. Sorry!.....BUT.....at least it isn't a holiday or snowflake type card! Please don't shoot me!.......details......
I made the blue and gr..n bg yesterday. I wanted to try a new technique I saw. You do a color wash on w/c paper then dab kleenux on the sky part pulling off some of the color making it look like clouds. Too bad you can't see it very well here. It is a cool technique. Cut this panel out with my oval coluzzle, sponged and doodled the edges.
Stamped my image, clear eb it. Colored using w/c pencils. On the sheep I added some decorative dots that I clear eb then added the liquid applique for the fluffy look. Clear eb the whole image, cut it out.
Cut out another oval, sponged with my non red cranberry ink. On a white panel, I stamped the cranberry dots, clear eb them, brayered over top with very vanilla. Sponged edges with tea dye. Put this on a white card, doodling the edges.
Now I have to tell you this card almost had to be trashed. Not because of the cheating green color and cranberry that looks red, but because when I put my last oval on I put it on upside down! So, it was either trash the card or give it to a left handed person and hope they didn't notice! lol Or....very carefully peel off the mistake hoping it didn't rip and flip it around. Which I was able to do thank goodness. Then I popped up parts of my image. Well, what do you think?..........TFL :0)

The sky is great! I love the stacked animals, and the pieced (?) sheep!
