Jeanne, your limited challenge had me thinking blue . I so wanted to use the last card I uploaded, but it wasn't limited enough! Have a look at where my thinking took me today.
This was definitely a challenge for me, blue is usually last on my list for colors to choose, but I thought this marbled paper background image from Stamp Fransicso just might be pretty in blue. I used 5 different shaded of dye ink stenciled onto the rubber. The nested Label2 was already cut and in my scrap pile. I stamped the sentiment (Stampers Anonymous) in VersaColor black and embossed with clear. Crafty Secrets ruler substitutes as ribbon on my card. Black staples holds it in place. The famous Rodin statue, The Thinker, pressed into rubber by B Line Designs was inked onto glossy paper with VersaFine smokey gray. I cut and popped the image on the edge of my sentiment.
So what do you THINK?!!!! I hope everyone has a wonderfully, crazy weekend.

Susan, I have to admit I really have no idea how you created your bg, even though your narrative seems fairly direct. I guess only an artist could understand where today's challenge took you. Your card is stunning. Love the image and the use of a tape measure ~ wonderfully creative.
