Thanks Beth for your selection of Speedy Stamper as this weeks FS90! I literally got lost in her gallery last night...there are so many wonderful, artful cards. In the end I settled on this one!
I was intrigued with the technique which lead me into my underused photoshop elements. I fiddled for hours with the photo my DS, Sam took last summer on his very first road trip to Cali. And while I did get quite aways from SpeedyStampers original, it was the inspiration of her vintage card that was the catalyst for my creation. So for all that I learned, I thank you!

Susan, I sure hope Sam puts this away in his stash. At his age, I would be pretty amazed if he expressed his sentiments about mom recreating his first journey away from home. This is really great and a fabulous display for wonderful reminders of his first road trip!

WOW, Susan, this turned out AWESOME!!! I am in awe of your creative abilities....I wouldn't even know where to begin with something like this!!! You son is quite the good lookin dude, too....I know he will treasure the fabulous rode trip collage!!!
