wonderful, awesome sketch today Roxi! Thanks for all you do every week. It is the sketch that remains my most challenging challenge!!!
My DS teased me when he saw the SC sketch in my hand last night as we began our bedtime routines. He said, "Mom, do you sleep with the challenges?" "No, son, but I do sometimes dream on them!" and I laid it aside for more important things! Come 5:15 though and I was ready to bring my dream to light!
I used Diva Impressions um floral negative as my main image. It is inked with Adirondack pitch black on MME bohemia paper. I glittered the vase with a Spica silver pen. It is mounted on a scalloped mat I cut with the bug and a nestability. The crowns are also MME, matted on black linen cs. The sentiment (Inkadinkadoo) is stamped on Basic Grey Lilly Kate, posey paper using VersaColor black and embossed in celar. I used the SU scallop punch for the bottom black linen mat. The SU slot punch made tying the ribbons a breeze...this time a pink eyelet and sliver of silver. My card base is GP which I stamped CHF weave unmounted backgrounder with TH di black soot.
I'm still thinking pink... unlike my ALBINO flamingo from yesterday...! Thanks so much for your comments...I'll be back later today to peruse the gallery for all your wonderful creations

Susan, I love your card. The sentiment is wonderful. I don't only sleep on sketch challenges. A lot of nights I sleep thinking of color combos, sketches... Just like Joan said,* It IS good to know that I'm not alone in my obsessions!!!!*
