This is for today's Technique Challenge 188- Batik Colorwash Way.
I left it pretty simple because I wanted to show off the technique.
For the technique I used Creamy Carmel and Pumkin Pie re-inkers. IRL you can tell the leaves are the Pumpkin Pie and the BG is the Creamy Carmel. In the pic they kinda blend together. I also daubered the edges with Creamy Carmel because I didn't like how white the edges looked.
What do y'all think??

What a great fall time card! I really like the leaf brads (I found some at Michaels but haven't used them yet--now I must :-) and I love what you did with the gold cord. Very pretty! TFS

Beautiful, Michelle! I love the beautiful colors, the way you did the corners on the top of the sentiment, and the little leaf accents. I am definitely going to try to heed your sage advice! Life gets too hectic, and we need to remember to cherish the simple pleasures!
