For today's Inspiration Challenge, to be inspired by a Pier One living room...and the pillows always get me in a room challenge...I chose the floral pillow on the couch. Used Fall Silhouettes by Kim Hughes, Cornish Heritage Farms. Stamped denim background first, added sunflowers. Then stamped aida cloth in red on a rusty colored, textured cs from a Mat Stack to resemble the couch...and lastly the Anne Ryan inspired "Doodad"...that's what I always call her fancy pancy embellishments, so I tried to create one of my own with a clear button that had scrap paper glued underneath...stitched a smaller button on top of that, put both buttons on a piece of fancy gold flecked tuile, then put entire doodad on a punched circle from my scrap bin!

Avon Lady, what a doodad this is! Yikes, it's the grand doodad of all doodads@! How sweet you are! I bet your doodad storage has a whole lot more goin' on than my doodad storage area! I'm on it, though. I'll be out there first thing tomorrow morning looking for more doodads! I love this card. It's so that pillow. Your paper is fabulous with that great linen look and of course, you know I'm crazy about your doodad. Love this card, girl. you done extra good today!
