This card started out to be the faux tearing technique as outlined in the resources, but ended up being a total sponging project. I tore the copy paper, covered the top half and created the field. I punched a circle out of more copy paper, masked the area and sponged the sun, then used the circle punched out to mask the sun off. Then I took the other side of the paper I tore for the field and masked it to create the sky. I overstamped the field with these terrific meadow grass images then finished with a sentiment. It's odd for me to not have several layers but his card has just the one. It was all created on one piece of white cardstock that I mounted on a card base.
