Can you believe it took me 3 days to make this card. I started Sun eve and colored up this pail and sunflowers in rusty fall tones. I did the fiddly little pumpkin and bird yesterday and added them to the image and AGONIZED over multiple papers and just couldn't come up with a combo. Today I saw the challenge and decided to go with my rust papers and leave out the greens. My oval was black with dots but to make it fit in with the mono theme, I used yesterday's technique challenge and colored over the black and dots with my terra cotta watercolor pencil dipped in gamsol. I sorta messed up the "autumn" oval trying to get it PERFECT--aaackk!! I know there's little hits of other colors but I hope it's mono enough. My main stamps are from Whipper Snapper designs and the pumpkin "fell off" of Anna Wight's large sheep stamp!! And, I had this cool little acorn button.

This is really cute, and looks every bit of a number of days worth of work! The results are worth it! Love the flowers, the bird, the pumpkin, the oval, the colors!!!

Great job with this! I love all the fall colors and images... love the pumpkin and the fact that you used the magic technique to make your black panel terra cotta! Cool look!
