I made this for today's colour challenge. Monochromatic... I chose the earthy tones, pumpkin pie, more mustard, apricot appeal and really rust. Elephants were stamped on more mustard with stazon ink, then I bleached out the elephants. Matted with apricot appeal and pumpkin pie which I had run through the cuttled bug. Main card is pumpkin pie 5 1/2 x 5 1/2. Next is white, inked up with more mustard and distressed.I cut a piece of fabric (African theme) and stitched on. Vertical strip is apricot appeal - I ran it through the bug - I inked up the folder with pumpkin pie first - for a reverse look. then I ran the really rust ink pad over top of that. stitched around edges. Stamped happy birthday in more mustard on more mustard. added the rectangle clip and raffia.

Another stunning card Patricia Rose. I loved yesterday's card and I LOVE today's card too. The colors are so rich and powerful "in how it makes me feel", the elephant image is also perfect. Kudos on this incredibly beautiful card.

The paper and embossing are just perfect with those elephants - that's a great male card. I think even DH would let that litle bit of raffia pass without comment, LOL, it so needs to be there.

Oh my gosh!!!!! This is phenomenal!!! I read your instructions, but I would much rather be in a class and have you teach or show me how this was done. It is so pretty and I love the textures and variations of color. Very cool!! I even like the little clip you have up in the corner. Nice!!
