Best wishes, Beth to where your artful life takes you! I've enjoyed your Monday challenges immensely. And you have passed the torch to a very talented stamper, welcome Lynn!
I loved Sandy's spring card and have admired many that I have seen in the gallery. Her tutorial was excellent and after making a printer paper template, I was on to the DP! I have two birthdays to celebrate at work this week, so this unusual fold was just perfect for something different.
My first card, is photoshopped to lighten up the bottom layer so the Happy Birthday shows up. I used MME Tres Jolie father stripe/olive double sided paper for the card. With SU's french script and TH di peeled paint I stamped directly onto the striped paper. The B-Line Design floral effiel on the SU old olive cs with TH di pine needle, embossing in clear. I cut and added vintage velvet blossoms to the tower and a K&CO bird brad completes the square. For the base, I used Flourishes sentiments set inking in ColorBox sepia black and embossed with clear ep. On the other side, I used Anna Griffin's celebration set the champagne bottle inked in pine needles on SU old olive and embossed with clear ep. The glasses are stamped with Stazon white cotton onto acetate.
Thanks for looking and let me know what you think!

Susan, the other one I thought was so funny, this one I think is incredibly beautiful. Love the ivy covered Eiffel tower, the tiny flowers, the dp, the bird button and the champagne to celebrate.

I love that green Eiffel Tower...it's like the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty all wrapped into one! How French of you! Adding it to a spring card is twice the fun, and your dainty bird is a beautiful addition, too!
