Hi! This card was made for today's Color Combination Challenge: Orchid Opulence, Sage Shadow, and Kraft....
Well, confession time..I had only 1 scrap of Kraft and it had a GIANT circle cut out of the center...That's why it is a MAT! LOL!
The focal image was stamped 3 times. Twice on Whisper White (the head was cut out and added with dimensionals!) and once on Orchid Opulence, (I cut out the heart!)
The small scallops are a SU! punch. The circle was cut with the Coluzzle. The large scallop was cut with a Nestibilities die.
I sponged the edges HEAVILY to get a richer color. The Sage Shadow layer was run through the Cuttlebug.
I colored the HodgePodge Hardware with a Sharpie and added dots with a Signo Pen. I used Rhinestone brads to adhere it to the card.
The ribbon is two ribbons layered. I got them both at the Offray Ribbon Outlet in Hagerstown, MD.
My mom was taken to the ER yesterday and then admitted to the hospital.
After waiting for over 12 hours in an ER bed for a room, I, unfortunately, had to become "Ms. Hoffinstinkle." (She gets things done!) Mother was FINALLY put in a room, and after having a "talk" with her new night nurse, I'm very pleased. I made this for her!

Lovely! No one would have guessed the kraft mat has a big hole in it! Hope your mom is doing better today and sorry for your long and bad experience yesterday.

OMG, Faith - I LOVE this card! (truth be told? I started cutting my scallops out of the center of a mat sized panel so as not to waste paper! - I'm getting cheaper by the day}, This is just adorable!
