I was so excited to ink up my new Embrace Life set for this week's Color Challenge (CC144). This color combo is perfect for spring and a nice break from winter colors.
For the center layered flowers, I used Rose Red to stamp them on Pumpkin Pie and cut them out. I manipulated the petals to give them some dimension and then layered one flower on top of the other. I finished it by adding a halfback pearl in the center.
I made my own DP by using Certainly Celery ink to stamp small flowers from the Embrace Life set on Certainly Celery CS. I added some accent with white gel pen.
Great set and a wonderful color combo!

Hi Caroline....don't you love white? It sort of fixes any color so that it goes together. You did a terrific job on this one. I thought it was kinda hard myself. Anne.

This is so beautiful!! Love the ribbon tag, and the ribbon around the center!! The way you did the flower and that gorgeous pearl center are so wonderful too!! Great Job!!
