This card is for the challenges I do every week with a group of friends (Cheers and Challenges Eager Eight) here at SCS. This week we had to make our 'snow' cards using items that were sent to us. Then we're to send our cards to Frances (StampOwl) because living 'Down Under' she never has seen snow!
here is what we had to use......
* the polka dot embossed paper
* winter charm
* snowflake die cut with white brad
* sheer polka dot ribbon
I stamped a snowflake with stazon on the charm, ran the embossed paper through the CB with the sledding folder and then a small piece again to get the snowman.....cut him out (cutting off his arms) and replaced them with twigs and popped him up (colored with marker).
the whole panel is popped up also.

Oh wow Dawn this is gorgeous ...... I can see I might need to reconsider getting that sledding embossing folder I can see it would have uses! I hope that snowman wasn't in pain when you cut of his arms and replaced them with twigs ...... sounds painful to me LOL! Also love how you stamped the snowflake on the winter charm

He is just adorable in his little dotted swiss holiday outfit! What a fun card..I have not seen that cuttlebug folder. It is awesome! Good job thinking of a way to make your domino charm look different than our domino charm! A great idea!

this is so sweet and it reminded me of the quiet and clean silence of the first snowfall. just a hint of color makes this a stunning card. so very pretty!!

Dawn, not only is this adorable, but it really is quite elegant since it is mostly white! I love how you adhered the snowflake brad to the ribbon and how creative of you to use the dotted swiss paper for the snowman!!! So clever!
