This is my card for Roxie's sketch challenge today. This is my story.
1. You would think I would be able to whip this out because I used one of those chipboard kit thingys they sell at Joanne's. Charlene and I both bought one.
2. But even though I had the chipboard pieces to work with, I had to dink around, add this, add that, and it took me as long as any other card...you can relate!
3. When my husband took this picture I asked him if he liked this card. He shrugged his shoulders and said...it's sort of blah....it doesn't have any pizzazz!
4. I said Oh.....
5. I named this card in honor of my photographer! Like he really cares! I am sure he will go to work today and tell all his co-workers that his wife named a card in his honor on Splitcoast!

Oh my gosh -- your card is fabulous -- first thing I thought was how I love the combo of papers and it looks so very textural -- I do just love it -- but even more, I love to see your picture -- has it been around long -- have I missed it? Charlene must be there now -- how fun!!! Thanks for posting your pic and have fun!!!!

Maybe he is just used to more of your brighter colors, but this has, IMHO, plenty of pizzazz with the different papers, the brads, the stitching, the ribbon. You did a fabulous job on the sketch. Great almost fall colors. It's just a really great card!
