I recessed this cute little button into a dimensional frame to make the card go through the mail a little easier. To make the frame I punched a 1 3/8" square and trimmed the edges to 1/2". Next I glued it over a larger piece of cardstock that was punched with the 1 1/4" circle punch and then trimmed the blue down to a narrow border on the outer edges of the frame. After I put the frame on the card with dimensional tape I glued the button in the center. Once a panel of protective cardstock is placed over the card front in the envelope, you can hardly feel the lump of the button.
This pretty blue paper is CTMH Summer Cloud Blue that I sanded lightly. The clouds were made with the cloud stencil and Summer Cloud Blue ink. Scallops were made with the slit punch. There's Summer Cloud Blue Linen on the frame which shows more IRL. The words are all from Love Ya Bunches. Thanks for looking!
