This is for today's sketch challenge, which is a gift card holder -- what a great challenge. I need many of these for Christmas so I was thrilled with this challenge -- thanks!!!
The top flips up to reveal a pocket for a gift card. How completely simple and perfect!!!
This is called Burnt Offerings because that is precisely what it is -- BURNT!!! When I went to emboss what I thought was going to be a beautiful white snowflake on the red paper, I found my heat gun to be totally dead -- what a bummer -- so, I've heard of people embossing over the toaster, so I tried. This snowflake is somewhat embossed, but mostly burned!!! It is only on with removable tape, so as soon as my new gun arrives I'll replace it with the white snowflake I had planned on!!!
Also, when I get the permanent snowflake put on, I will then use sticky back velcro dots under it to keep the card closed.

Love it - love those snowmen which I did not think would be very useful, but the more I see them, the more I realize how wrong I was. This is soooo cute - burnt snowflake and all!

I just love this set and what you've done with it. I also love the design of the card. What are your scoring measurements? This would make a great card to put a photo in! Thanks in advance.
