I started out with a happier color of blue in my head, but for some reason picked a darker blue when getting my inks. I think it works though because most fishermen love early morning and dusk fishing.
Thanks for the inspiration Martina, and congrats!

Love this card and the ink blending on both the main panel and card base. I think you're right about the darker blue working -- fish bite best in the morning and evening -- so any fisherman would love that. And, they will love this card.
Nancy, this is a great case of Martina's card. You may have been aiming for a lighter blue but I love the darker ink on the Crumb Cake paper. You left enough light around the fishermen silhouette to create the early morning sky. This is such a perfect masculine card.

I'm with everyone else about your choice of blue! :-) I can feel the stillness of the lake and hear the lure hitting the water. What a wonderful masculine card ( or for any fisher person). Love the picture frame format!
