For Janelle's It's Raining, It's Pouring MIXed media challenge. I kept the rainy theme - for my pouring, I wet a piece of watercolour paper liberally and added drops of Twinkling H2Os, then let them run down. It took several mistings of water to get something I was happy with. Originally I'd only been going to use the sentiment, but then I worked out I'd have room to fit the dancing chick, too. The boots and umbrella are paper-pieced from an old scrap of oxidised shaving foam. I used some Brusho SprinkleIT on the background - it's a very faint effect but at least I've started to experiment with it. I'll add a close-up in the challenge thread. I added some seam binding which I dyed last week to mop up some colour on my mat - it was a good match for everything else I was using. And I added some Nuvo glitter drops to the capital L in the sentiment.

Sabrina, this is so delightful! Oh my goodness. This is one of my all-time favorite verses and I love how you paired it with this sassy chick in her fancy rain boots carrying her fancy umbrella. What a charming and delightful card this is! ~Karen.
