For Judy's Marker Marbling TLC challenge today.
There's definitely a very fine line between too much water and not enough. I made three pieces - my favourite was the one that smooshed together totally, but I used the back of it for another attempt.
This was probably the best - but alas, would have more useful going in the other direction as I'd have preferred to make a portrait layout. I added some seaweed cut from pillowtop background, the seahorse is, appropriately, a piece of alcohol marker marbling. The bubbles are just cut from silver card. I arranged them all to fit my oval frame, and embossed the frame layer after stamping the sentiment. I rounded the corners and added it to my base.

I love the look of the totally smooshed together marbling but THIS is outstanding!!! Your marker marbling looks fabulous and I love the bubbles! The sentiment is a hoot! I tried the technique last week but realized I didn't have several markers in the same color family so I decided to use ink pads. LOL AND TOO much water. The result was my dandelion card for the tea party, which people loved so.....there you go. I see an entry with a rainbow of markers so maybe I will try that later!!!

This looks awesome!! I know what you mean about portrait. I don't usually make landscape but my trees were the right size to go that way. Adorable card, Sabrina!

Sabrina, your marbling result makes a perfect oceanic bg. The seaweed has lovely variegated color and the silver bubbles are perfectly placed. I haven't yet tried this technique yet, but what I have been seeing from other postings, I am liking the secondary results, too.

I marbled mine as though it was going to be a portrait layout and then ended up landscape. Oh well. Love this background for your cute birthday fish. Very sweet card! I don't think I hit the line of too much water. I'm very timid when it comes to spraying water!
