I made two cards for Shirley's challenge today, because I figured as long as I was printing out one of these cards, I might as well print out two. I couldn't resist my favorite birthday joke: "I wanted to sing Happy birthday to you, but I'm a little horse." So I printed out the sentiments and then dug out this little horse stamp that I haven't used yet. It was given to me by a friend of mine. So I decided to try two different backgrounds. On the first one, I sponged a cloudy sky and green grass and on the second one I sponged a Distress ink blue sky and dirt, then splattered water for added interest. I decided that I liked that horse uncolored and I colored the other horse to look like Always Dreaming, the winner of last year's Kentucky Derby. Fun challenge, Shirley!

Your cards are so pretty and fun. I love your horses that are running in the Kentucky Derby. I am sure one will end up in the winner's circle. Your sentiment is so cute. I love it. Thanks, for playing the challenge with us today.
